In this episode we deal with something we like to avoid – failure. Failure is usually associated with negatives emotions such as shame, and embarrassment. Many times we miss out on the possibility of success because we are avoiding the possibility of failure.
We learned healthy ways to deal with failure that will still keep us moving toward our goals.
